These terms apply to the personal assistant software published by Jan Kozák, Galvani, Prague, contact galvani78@gmail.com, and to this website.
The software
The assistant runs on the user's own computer and acts only on the user's own Google account and local data. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The user is responsible for the machine it runs on, for keeping their Google credentials safe, and for what they ask the assistant to do. Google access can be withdrawn at any time by revoking the app in the Google account settings.
This website
The content of galvani.pro is provided for information and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Project descriptions do not constitute an offer; work is agreed in a separate contract.
Liability
The publisher is not liable for damage arising from use of the software or the website, or from their unavailability, to the extent the law allows. Czech law applies.
Privacy
Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
